[Well, you've certainly lost you way, haven't you? By one way or another, you lost your path, and only now do you find yourself back to civilization. Well, kind of.

Whereever you were, you now find yourself at a tavern. There's shelllfish decorations everywhere, hearty patrons that look like they're straight from a renassiance faire, and lobster.

Hooo boy, is there lobster, and plenty of it. In fact, there's a bunch piled up, almost buffet style, at the front counter, next to a boisterous young man in armor that almost dwarfs him, taking a bite of the steamed seafood.]

Great meal as always, Lobby, though the ale's still watered down! I thought you guys were working on gettin' something with a bit more kick to it?


[Well, there's food and drink, and maybe the guy in travelling garb and armor can tell you where the hell you ended up.]

I don't know if I'd say that. I'm hardly perfect, I just do the best I can with the lot I've been given.

Mm... I don't remember much, but I don't think many people are that way. If everyone did their best like that, we wouldn't really need knights.

Oh, yes. I lost all my memories a little bit ago and only have a few back. But, we're winning them back quickly, so I'm sure I'll remember more soon!

Perhaps you might start from the beginning? I can tell you that 'winning back memories' is something I personally haven't experienced.

If I understand things correctly, anyway... I only woke up a week ago, so it's been confusing.

I'm told that our souls were shattered at the same time, and that's how we lost all our memories.

No, it's okay! I already have a few back, and because of this I was able to meet my team, and they're all wonderful people. It's not the best situation, but it's not bad.

...Heh, I know pretty well how much having friends there supporting you can make a bad situation seem much better.

Your team, though? Should I assume there are... others, who's worlds have fallen like yours?

That's right. Thirteen teams of us.

But they're all very nice! Especially my, Henwen. I showed up latest but they're very kind to me anyway. And since they were there before me, they are a lot closer to fixing their worlds.

What kind of dark magic is responsible for so many people's misfortune!?

...Ugh, sorry. It just frustrates me that so many people have to endure something like that. Their homes destroyed, their memory in tatters...

What kind of person would do that to someone, and why?

It's not a person. It's, um... As far as we know, it's something called "Reapers". I don't know anything besides that.

...Reapers?

[That sounds evil. He grins a bit.]

Well then, these Reapers deserve a thrashin', wouldn't you say?

I don't know.

...Eh? You don't know?

[Nods!]

I don't know anything about them besides the name, "reapers". Maybe, the opposite is true, too, and when they destroy a world, they don't know about us who are in it. Or maybe they're just like wild animals, or maybe they're even trying to do good that we just can't remember yet. I don't think just attacking them would solve anything.

Also, they destroy worlds. I think if any person attacked them it wouldn't even be a fight.
